Cyrille has endless experience in the culinary arts field. Cyrille has been working in the Boston area for over 10 years and truly understands the Greater Boston dining scene. He is originally from the Loire Valley of France and has lived in Arlington, Massachusetts for the last five years. At the age of 13 he spent the summer at his uncles’ family restaurant where he fell in love with the restaurant industry. From London to New York and from Las Vegas to the West Indies his experiences are endless. 

Wayne Duprey

General Manager

Wayne has 12+ years of experience in the hospitality industry and understands guest service and restaurant management as well as anyone. Wayne is originally from Massachusetts and set off to explore an international career in 2010. His work experience and travels took him all over Europe as he worked in London for four years. He moved to Beijing, China to work in a luxury hotel and then set sail to Hawaii, where he ran the food & beverage division for a residential community, which includes four restaurants and a local coffee house on one of the most recognized resorts in the world. After nearly seven years of travels he is returning home to create something amazing with all of the experiences he has benefited from and to give back to the community.

Bistro Duet will be located at 190 Massachusetts Avenue in Arlington, Massachusetts, the home of many of the best restaurants in the Boston area. There is a subway station nearby (Alewife T-stop on the red line) that goes directly into the city. We are close to Route 2, 128, and Interstate 93 making us easy to find and to get to from the highway and neighboring towns.
